- Saddlery originally started in 1998. It wasn’t real saddlery then, though – the brand was made mainly for repair and make equipment for english form of horseriding.
- As the time went, saddlery more and more started to make also western style items, first accessories, then, being more skillful, I started to build my own saddle. It was my dream ever since, to try it once. It caught me completelly. Imediattely, I knew about some things, I would do better. So I started to work on my next, better one – and since that time, saddlery became real „saddlery“ and it was oriented mainly for western riding and lifestyle. Now I made more then hundred handmade saddles.
- All my saddles are carefully handmade, from finest leather. I personally choose leather I am buying, so maintain best possible quality. It has to be thick, sturdy, flawless. I am decorating it also by hand. I use leather stamps, imported from US.
- All metal hardware is also imported from USA, from proven brands, specialising in leatherwork, with certified quality – together with good trees and exquisite leather, it makes our saddles safe and sturdy. Also, if customer wishes, I can also provide hardware, enchanced with real silver, or some, which have hand-carved decorative details.
- I am taking saddle commissions, which means, I will provide you with saddle, which looks as you want and fits your needs.
- I will make saddle, which will fit your horse and suit your needs and aestethical demands.
- Saddles from my workshop are used not only here, in Czech Republic, but also all around Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Northern Ireland, Slovakia, Poland…), Australia and also in USA and Canada, where I am succesfully testing several saddles, in co-work with local ranchers, who succesfully use them with their everyday cattle work, to test their durability, since 2011.
- In June 2011, I was invited to the international expo, Art Of The Cowboy Makers, which took place in Loveland, Colorado (USA). It was nice experience, and I really enjoyed time, spent with fellow saddlemakers.
