This policies are accountable for both sides, according to common establishment of trading law in Czech Republic.
SADDLE PRICING
I set final price of the saddle and all add-ons, according to fixed price list.
Basic price of the saddle is price for the plain, most basic saddle, made on laminated wooden tree, suitable for any use, without add-ons. This saddle is not provided with back or front cinch, back straps, blanket.
Basic saddle is provided with front latigos.

I will start working on your saddle after you will agree with the final price. Agreement must be made in written form, to keep as evidence. Once agreed, price is fixed.
I am VAT payer.
Saddle calculation:
- Basic price of saddle
- + Tooling
- + 21% VAT (Only for EU customers)
- + 3% OF PRICE (WITH VAT) for the exchange rate differential and exchange fees (Not added when you’ll pay in CZK)
- + 500,- CZK PACKING and SENDING PROCESS (Not added when you’ll take the saddle personally in my workshop)
- + SHIPPING FEES + – fees of the shipping company (Not added when you’ll take the saddle personally in my workshop). The prices of shipping are estimate and may vary depend on your exact location.
- + 6% OF FINAL PRICE for the fees for PAYPAL payment (Not added when you’ll pay directly to my bank account – transfer)
Saddle is shipped immediatelly after payment with PAYPAL or directly to my bank transfer.
